"It might not be as simple as it sounds, but what’s important is that we make the first step. Peter McVerry Trust is delighted to have been selected as Ben & Jerry’s partner in Ireland for this important campaign," says Pat Doyle, CEO of Peter McVerry Trust.
The awareness raising pint is the latest instalment to Ben & Jerry’s One Sweet World campaign, launched in partnership with the Peter McVerry Trust.

"This new flavour marks an important part of our One Sweet World campaign, and comes with an important message – the time is now to stand together," says Ben & Jerry’s Social Mission Manager Ed Shepherd.
"We believe there is a common set of values that unite us (hope, compassion and understanding!) and that the power is in our hands to help shape a more welcoming world."
Through the campaign, Ben and Jerry’s is encouraging ice cream lovers everywhere to be a little n-icer to each other and to do their bit to melt away prejudice against others.
