HSE warned it could face legal action over consultants who are not specialist doctors

A woman has died after a collision near the M1 motorway in Belfast last night.

Police in the North have said the pedestrian was killed as a result of road crash at Dunmurry Lane on the M1 just after 10.00pm.

Anyone who witnessed the incident to contact police.
